Output Sounds Release Substance Bass Engine by House of Noise

What is Output's 'Substance' all about?

Output, the guys behind the fantastic 'Exhale', 'Signal' & 'Movement' Kontakt instruments have released a new entirely Bass focused product cleverly called 'Substance'. It's deeply produced bass engine combining heavily processed electric and acoustic basses, live brass sections, huge polysynths and analog synths. They are focused on creating new instruments to push sound boundaries not recreating realistic emulations of pre-existing products.

How do I install Output's Substance?

All of Output's instruments work with Kontakt's Free Player, you can download the version here by registering an account with Native Instruments. Here's the other info you need to make it work:

– SUBSTANCE runs in Kontakt or Free Kontakt player version 5.5.1 or higher

– Mac OS X 10.9, 10.10 or 10.11

– Windows 7 or higher

– At least 4 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended), and 10 GB of free drive space

– Access to a stable internet connection for digital delivery

What does Substance sound like?

Here's a little video made by Output to showcase some of Substance's bassy tones and features:

Listen on Headphones or Speakers* SUBSTANCE is a deeply produced bass engine combining heavily processed electric and acoustic basses, full live brass sections, huge polysynths, the dirtiest analog synths, insane sound design and much more into single patches. The focus is not realistic emulation, it's about creating new & powerful sounds that push the boundaries of bass.
